2. Currency, Pricing & VAT
All prices are displayed in GBP. Prices include VAT where applicable. If your card is not denominated in GBP, your card issuer or bank may apply its own exchange rates and fees.
For deliveries outside the UK (where available), local taxes, duties, or customs charges may be applied by customs authorities or carriers and are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.

6. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards
Unless stated otherwise, we typically allow one promotional code per order. Promotional codes:
- Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- May be modified or withdrawn at any time, subject to applicable law.
- May be adjusted proportionally if you return part of an order.
If gift cards are offered on the Website in the future, their specific terms will be displayed at purchase and/or on the product page.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to stop fulfilment and cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow our Returns & Refunds process.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on the type of return, inspection outcome, and bank processing time. Where applicable, we aim to process refunds within 14 days after we receive and inspect returned items (or sooner if required by law).
8. Payment Failures & Holds
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is otherwise not completed successfully, we may place the order on hold, request a new payment method, or cancel the order.
If pre-orders/back-orders are offered in the future, we may retain authorisation and capture payment once stock is ready, with clear notice provided at checkout.
