4. Product Information & Availability
We aim to present accurate descriptions, specifications, and images. However, content may contain errors or may change without notice. Images are illustrative; colours and appearance can vary due to screen settings and manufacturer packaging updates.
All Products are subject to availability. If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an Order, we will contact you and offer suitable options (e.g., replacement, wait for restock, or refund).
5. Pricing, Currency & Payment
Prices are displayed primarily in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Where multi-currency display is available, converted prices are indicative until confirmed at checkout; rounding may occur and your issuer may apply its own exchange rates and fees.
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard (Credit/Debit) only. Other payment methods are not supported at this time. Payments are processed via a secure gateway; we do not store full card numbers or CVV.
Obvious pricing errors
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected Order and issue a refund. If possible, we will contact you first.

Your Order is an offer to purchase Products. A Contract is formed only when we accept your Order (typically by sending an order confirmation/dispatch confirmation email). Returned Products must be unused/uninstalled (beyond reasonable inspection), in original packaging, and complete with accessories and manuals where applicable. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons or where permitted by law.
10. Warranties
Some Products may include a manufacturer’s warranty and/or a seller warranty, where indicated on the product page or documentation provided with the Product. Where a warranty applies, it typically covers manufacturing defects under normal use and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
This section does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including loss of profits or data). Our total liability relating to a Product or Order will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product or £100 (whichever is higher), unless such limitation is prohibited by law.
